You can check your EOIR hearing information online via ACIS or by calling the EOIR automated hotline using your A-Number.

  • The Automated Case Information System (ACIS) allows you to view basic details about your immigration court case or Board of Immigration Appeals case. To use it:

    1. Visit the official ACIS website: https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/

    2. Enter your A-Number (your unique nine-digit immigration identifier; if it has only eight digits, add a leading zero) and your nationality as listed on your immigration documents.

    3. Submit the information to see:

      • Your next hearing date, time, and location.

      • The name of your assigned Immigration Judge.

      • Limited information about prior decisions, motions, or appeals
        Note that ACIS provides convenience information only; official court documents always control if there is a conflict

  • El Sistema de Información Automatizada de Casos (ACIS) le permite ver datos básicos sobre su caso ante el tribunal de inmigración o ante la Junta de Apelaciones de Inmigración. Para utilizarlo:

    1. Visite el sitio oficial del ACIS: https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/

    2. Ingrese su número A (su identificador migratorio único de nueve dígitos; si tiene solo ocho dígitos, añada un cero al principio) y su nacionalidad tal como figura en sus documentos migratorios.

    3. Envíe la información para ver:

      La fecha, la hora y el lugar de su próxima audiencia.

    • El nombre del Juez de Inmigración asignado.

    • Información limitada sobre decisiones anteriores, mociones o apelaciones.

    Tenga en cuenta que ACIS proporciona únicamente información de conveniencia; en caso de conflicto, siempre prevalecen los documentos oficiales del tribunal.

    1. Select your language preference (English or Spanish).

    2. Enter your A-Number.

    3. Choose from the following options:

      • Press 1: Get your next hearing date, type of hearing (master calendar or individual/merits), judge, and court location.

      • Press 2: For asylum applicants, check your "asylum clock" to track eligibility for employment authorization.

      • Press 3: Check the current status of your removal case, including whether relief was granted, removal ordered, or the case administratively closed

        The hotline is generally available 24/7, though occasional maintenance may temporarily make it unavailable
